We are excited to bring our local conference back to keep our action-centered chapter focus going. This year’s conference theme is, “Wakanda Forever”. The movie, Black Panther sparked a positive uprising in the Black community and many topics were addressed (or not addressed) that hits home for our families. To keep the “Wakanda Forever” movement going, our conference will address topics such as:
- Play Therapy
- Trauma
- Couples Counseling
- Clinical interventions
- Ethics & more
- Family Violence- African centered models
